iTunes: Changing the display language - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2242 - "Follow the steps below to change the language displayed in iTunes and also the language displayed in the iTunes store."

Above method did not work but reinstalling iTunes did - https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6798898

This does not work...there is no "View" option in System Preferences". There is a "Language & Regions" option, but it is already set to English. As to making any changes in itunes, I can't read the menus because they are not in English. This prevents me from changing the language in itunes or re-installing.
