Yosemite 10.10.2 Kext Signing block the 3rd party developer's SSD

Thank You for your feed back, I did read about Trim and Trim Enabler at the end in conclusion and after seeing some performance with Trim or not to Trim I feel it is a waste of time and since it is not supported by Apple it would really put your whole system in peril particularly in Yosemite with lock ups and what have you.

I see that your using the new EVO 850 even as a boot drive you are not having any problems going from Maverick to Yosemite.. If I have OEM Apple in my boot drive I should expect no problems at all as for my external EVO 840 thru Thunderbolt connection I should not have any either because I don't and will not install any Trim Enabler, as you say even doing video editing as a Media drive it will have plenty of down time to do its Garbage Cleaning chores. Correct me if I am wrong on any of this.

i bought the same hdd (Samsung 850 evo 256gb) and i tried to install the last version of yosemite via usb bootable key,

during the istallation the OS raise an exception that says that the package "essentials.pkg" could not be copied.

I read that you need to avoid kext signin, how is possible that you haven't the same problem and you can use the 850 evo without any kext sign workaround?

Please don't do a "me too" post, especially when your "me too" is in regards to some other thread-jacker.

Whatever problem the original poster or any thread jackers might have had, it has nothing to do with your problem or your SSD. Please start your own question if Internet Recovery does not solve your problem.
