Adobe CS 6 dialogue boxes opening off screen

Hi all. Since upgrading to Yosemite 10.2 all my dialogue boxes in CS6 (InDesign, Photoshop, etc) now open with the top half disappearing off the top of the screen (see image). I'm working on a dual monitor setup, and the problem is with my larger, second monitor. REALLY annoying, as most of the functionality is now lost since I can't drag the box back into view. Is anyone else getting this, and / or got any solutions? Thanks in advance.

This clever fix worked for me. Been at this for 20+ years and thought I knew all the tricks in the book (don't we all?), but this one was bugging me to no end.

My version of the solution:

Since I have two displays, I swapped their "physical" position in the Displays System Preferences, returned to CC and used the Reset Workspace X (my meticulously arranged screen setup). They offscreen palette was returned to a "grab-able" position. I then returned the screen positions back to their original position in Sys Prefs, reset the workspace again, and now my Glyphs palette is onscreen and life is wonderful.

It's the simple things.

This solution does not work (moving the screens around).

The following DOES work (thanks Pnutz!)

Ditto, happens in all CC applications except Acrobat for me. Clicking the green resize button takes the document window to the full resolution of the monitor, with the top of the window behind the OS menu bar, hiding the traffic lights etc. It appears to be only dialog boxes with the green resize button, the print and page setup boxes are unaffected.

The only solution I’ve found so far is to change the resolution of the offending monitor to a new setting and back again. This seems to work until the Applications is quit and relaunched. Changing the Application Frame view sometimes resets the window to my MBP screen where I can see the whole dialog box.
