AppleID Locked How to reset iPad

Corporate iPad. AppleID is locked. Employee gone and have no answers to security questions. Apple Support will not unlock Apple ID.

Thank you everybody. Am now in a wait mode while Apple decides whether a plain text copy of the sales receipt will be sufficient proof of ownership.


Besides venting let this be a warning:


MAKE COPIES OF YOUR RECEIPTs of all Apple products. Put them in multiple places. Keep one with the device. Or you may end up with a very expensive trivet.
