iOS 8.1.3 drains fully charged battery in 2 hours

SInce updated to iOS 8.1.3, my iPhone 5C has been running abnormally hot, drains a full charge even in a 2 hour phone call with nothing else running. I tried all the tricks suggested by other forum including total wipe out reset as a new phone, the drain problem prevails, depleting battery charge at 1-2% per minute as long as the phone is on and no active app is running, background refresh turned off. Only turn off the screen slows it.

not sure why Apple doesn't test the software completely before releasing it. I skipped 8.1.2 and updated directly from 8.1.1. It was totally normal before the update. Now my iphone requires a recharge every 2 hours.

I'm try to use Xcode (in OSX) to get some insights.
In Xcode we have an app called Instruments. They have a lot of options to see "inside" of the iphone. And there is a special section called "Energy Diagnostics" In there there is a meter that tell how much energy the device is using in a scale from 0 to 20. Being 20 "we need a charger soon" and 0 "relax and make me a sandwich".
Well my device is floating around 12 to 18.
And when I disable every function in my iphone, this goes to around 12~13.
There other diagnostic tools either (activity monitor, Counters, System Trace, Leaks, but I'm not an expert in iOS development - hope someone can help us) I'll try to upload some screenshots later.

Hope that help someone.
