Would like recommendation on best blu ray player to install on iMac (late 2013). Have purchased external optical bluray/dvd/cd read and write drive and am planning to buy Roxio Toast. Have looked at Macgo Mac Bluray player and Aiseesoft Mac Bluray but each has not so good reviews.

I just purchased the Macgo Mac Bluray player earlier this week, and it stinks. It won't let me enter the registration code when I copy and paste it from the e-mail receipt (even if I type it by hand) and I can't get their "24/7 support team" to help me. Does anyone know (1) some sort of work around, or (2) how to get the attention of an Online company that does not even post a telephone number for tech support, or (3) a way to get my money refunded and (4) file a complaint?
If they've got the time to pull money out of my account, they should have the time to help me get their product--which I paid for--working.
p.s. I sent them four different e-mails.
Couldn't find anything that was helpful on that link. Plus, I'm one of the three people in the U.S. without a facebook account, so I had trouble as I scanned the page by facebook popups prompting me to logon or join. But thanks, babowa.
