I know exactly why, and I said, it is a driver issue. The driver needs to be loaded to connect to the computer, not only for syncing with iTunes, but with charging as well. Try removing iTunes one more time, go to the iTunes download page and select the iTunes download for older video cards. Here is the link for the download page, Apple - Support - Downloads and reinstall. Then connect the iPhone to the computer and see what happen.

I did the same as you said to do , i installed the iTunes (for old video cards ) , but still doesn't happen anything....even i checked in control panel> Hardware and Sound> Devices and printers it doesn't show any iPhone device connected... and also in(universal serial bus controllers no apple mobile device usb driver is present) so what to do next :/ :/.... i apply all the methods as you told any best solution and right fix for it ... It be your pleasures !!! Thnksssssss

If you plug the iPhone into the computer, go to Device Manager, do you find anything about the iPhone under Universal Serial us Controllers? If so, then right click and go to Properties. Click on the Drivers tab, and select Update Driver button. From there, select Browse My Computer and then go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers, and select the driver. You will have to reboot the computer. You will need to remove the iPhone from the computer first. Reboot the computer, start iTunes again and the connect the iPhone. You should see if updating the driver, and hopefully it will recognize the device.
