Why my Iphone 6 don't have Facetime app?

I imported a brand new i phone 7 from USA factory unlocked. I cant find/install Face time.

Is this model number made for middle east MN8X2UR/A?

No idea what you have there, but it is NOT an iPhone from the US. UR is not the country code for US phones. The country code in the part toward the end of the part number for US phones is LL.

Just wondering where you're finding that. I'm not getting any hits on that part number at all...
