Voice dictation in Russian works with a delay for 30 seconds

Hello.

Excuse me for my English, I hope, you will understand me)

There was a problem on my iphone 5s and ipad3.

The voice dictation function in Russian works with a delay approximately for 30 seconds.

If I switch to English, the text which I say in english language instantly turns into the text.

I tried to do reset of settings, switched off and anew included the voice dictation function on iphone 5s and ipad3, rebooted them, and helped nothing.

If to switch off the voice dictation iphone 5s function, to switch off and repeatedly to turn on phone and activate the voice dictation function, some minutes of voice dictation work at Russian some time (minutes 10-20) after that for some unclear reason the text dictated by me in Russian appears only later seconds 30.

somebody has thoughts why it occurs?

Deleted a couple of old apps about a week ago with no effect. Nevertheless three days ago russian dictation started working faster (10-15 sec delay instead of 30-40). Today it suddenly works fine on all my devices with no delay at all. Magic ))

After reading of your message I decided to check a voice set in Russian and i see a miracle!

Everything works quickly!

It's a really magic!

And if it is honest, there can be Apple didn't begin to advertize this problem and silently it solved?

P.S. in the evening I will check typing for ipad3

got exactly the the same problem with my iphone 6. Greek dictation works with great delay. Tried hard reset and restore by no result.

Greek dictation works perfectly with my iPad operating the iOS 8.1.

I''ve noticed that dictation works ok if you diable Siri. At least for the time being. 😕

I do not understand what happened, but now voice dictation works quickly. as I understand it, the problem with the delay in voice dictation decided not only me. user artemskakalskii problem was also solved. how? I can not answer this question. March 18 I just checked how the voice dictation is work, and was surprised that the text is typed quickly (with no delay).

P.s. before 18 mar i try to swith off siri and for some minutes this helped for voice dictation work with no delay.

Voice dictation was working flawlessly for me, both in English and in Greek until the latest months when voice dictation in Greek stopped working on my iPhone 6 with iOS 8.4. While on the same WiFi network, my wife's iPhone 5c responds perfectly on Greek dictation. I have opened a case with Apple about this (case# 825083791) since the end of June and still haven't gotten any reply.

During troubleshooting over the phone, I got to close all apps, restart the iphone with sleep/wake&home button pressed, disable/enable dictation, erase the Greek language in keyboards, reset settings, I even made a full restore and still Greek voice dictation doesn't work.

Obviosly it's a software problem, but what do you mean "uninstall all the >new< app one by one"? No third party apps are present on any iphone after a full restore.
