Help with Boot Camp Assisant install

I am trying to install windows 8 on my macbook pro I bought Saturday (2/28). I get past the first 3 steps but when it restarts my computer the first thing it does is boot to the usb drive called windows where it tells me there is no boot disk available press any key to continue, then there is the efi boot i believe which when clicked under boot menu at start it starts to install windows all the way till I have to choose a partition and it comes up with this error message User uploaded filePlease help need windows to run certain programs for school!!

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012), OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)

Insert your USB. On the Desktop when the USB shows up, open it using Finder. Run Applications -> Utilities -> Grab -> Capture ->Window and click on the Finder window with the USB structure. Click on the image, Edit -> Copy. Start Preview and click on New from Clipboard and save it as a PNG. Post it using the camar icon on the top row of the Reply box.

If you look at the USB flash drive under About This Mac -> System Report -> USB, does it show up under Super-speed bus (USB3) or High-Speed bus (USB2). You cannot use a USB3 flash drive, you need to use a USB2 drive, because W7 installer does not have USB3 drivers. Please use a USB2 flash drive and use BCA to rebuild a USB2 installer and try again.
