Help with Boot Camp Assisant install

I am trying to install windows 8 on my macbook pro I bought Saturday (2/28). I get past the first 3 steps but when it restarts my computer the first thing it does is boot to the usb drive called windows where it tells me there is no boot disk available press any key to continue, then there is the efi boot i believe which when clicked under boot menu at start it starts to install windows all the way till I have to choose a partition and it comes up with this error message Please help need windows to run certain programs for school!!

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012), OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)

Still same problem, when i installed windows on my other macbook that got ran over it was very smooth. This time after boot camp restarts my computer to boot into windows it goes into a black screen telling me to install boot disk. I shut down computer and hold down option key to bring up the boot option and click the 3rd one to the left that says efi boot. it starts loading windows until i get to that same error message. 😟

Use BCA to remove the current Windows partition. Run BCA and rebuild the USB, create the BC partition, and try a clean installation.

Do not use EFI installer. Your Mac does not fully support EFI installation. Late 2013+ Macs support EFI installations.

Can you

1. Reset SMC - Intel-based Macs: Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC) - Apple Support

2. Reset PRAM - Startup key combinations for Intel-based Macs - Apple Support and How to Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support.

3. Run Disk Utility Repairs.

4. Run BCA and delete Bootcamp Partition.

5. Recreate BC partition, and try Windows installation.

You may have to repeat steps 1-3.

if i don't run efi installation it goes into a black screen with telling me to insert a boot disk and press any key.

for some reason its not installing the separate partition at the boot menu it says "windows" with the usb icon on top of it

The black screen indicates that it is expecting the Installer to be on a different media. If your Optical drive is functional, you can burn the Windows ISO to a DVD and use that instead of the USB method. Do not use the Alt Key to interrupt the boot which starts the Windows installation.

I didn't use the alt key to interrupt boot camp just after it goes to the black screen I shut it down and turn it on holding the alt key.

If you are using BCA, after partitioning, it will show you a black screen, with a hanging underline cursor for a few seconds, and then should automatically start the Windows installer.

Please see OS X Yosemite: Reset your computer’s PRAM. It is the same key sequence and function.

Can you post the file structure of the USB that you are using? Was the USB created by BCA?

Can you check if the firmware on your Mac is up to date? - EFI and SMC firmware updates for Intel-based Macs - Apple Support.

can't seem to figure out posting file structure of usb even after looking it up on google, I've whipped the usb clean and started the BCA where I follow all three steps as displayed. my fimware is
