Music will play but I get no sound on iTunes.

MUsic will play but I get no sound on iTunes. Checked everything I can think of.

iPad Air, iOS 8.1.2, Air 2

Ref. the photo you sent. THANKS, but it just isn't there on my iPad. Your photo does show what I would expect to see. Guess I'll try to get someone at Apple to help. Wish me luck. Course I'll still look into whatever more help you may have. 🙂

A connected bluetooth headset or earphones will keep sound from the Ipad speakers.
