can't connet to iTunes or to App Store. I can on other iPad.This has just happened. Oddly enough the updates were completed.

DNS is Domain Name Server - the process that recognizes the URL you type in and converts it to something a computer network can understand. They may not have located the problem when you spoke to them - this sort of thing can be difficult to track down.
