Same here in No. California. But I followed the System Status (thanks @Nubs), but it says App Store is a green-light.

I am also receiving this error on multiple Macs with multiple Apple ID's. Is there an update on the outage?

Weird with one of my Apple ID I get the 503 or Plist error with the other it's OK. The one that errors out is just a single word e.g. "xxxxxxxx" the one that is currently working is an email address xxxx.xxxxxx@mac.com.

I can not log in with my new Mac Book Pro. I either get503 Service Unavailable orPlist error
