App Store seems to be having a nightmare and the U K support page is also not good, any ideas what to do as I need an update for an app that I can't download
App Store-OTHER, iOS 8.2
1. open terminal
2. run "open $TMPDIR/../C"
3. delete the folder com.apple.appstore
4. restart mac

And I'm having this problem right now in the UK. Except that the first error message is 504. But it's followed by the same 'plist parsing error' comment. The page detailing Apple status shows all services green.
Same issue in Switzerland (503)... also, no way to connect to App Store from my iPhone...

Well, no, the command line and delete com.apple.appstore didn't do anything...
Deleting the com.apple.appstore folder made no difference. (And I was wrong, it's the same error 503 as everyone else.)
