Safari no longer works after iOS 8.2 update.

I installed the iOS 8.2 update and Safari will not work at all. If I tap a bookmark, it just freezes. If I manually enter a search term or a url it doesn't respond at all. I read about some other (not the same) issues with Safari and the common advice was to restore from an iCloud backup, which I have done, to no avail. Anyone else having the same issue? Anyone else able to RESOLVE the same issue, and if so, HOW??

For information - I just updated my iPhone to iOS 8.3, and the Safari problem is fixed for me (so far, at least).

Not for me, sadly. The only thing that worked briefly was a full restore without using my backup, but that only lasted half a day before the problem came back.

Of course, I spoke too soon. While the problem appears to be resolved on my iPhone with iOS 8.3, I now have the identical problem on my iPad, which was fine under iOS 8.2.
