I've already tried to plug the cord in all the way, and I have tried them on multiple devices and it is still not working. I don't know how to fix them. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, my solo 2 right speaker was no sound😟
Try resetting the headphones. hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, then you will see red flashing then will turn to white, and the headphones will turn back on.
I got Wireless Solo 2's and the right ear stopped working, plus the battery is malfunctioning, leading to not being able to power them on/off.
Got mine in 2014 now in 2017 they started malfunctioning in the right ear, I haven't tried another cable but i got mine for free 3 years is pretty good
All I did was put a toothpick in the audio jack and it fixed it
My right speaker in my beats solo 2's is not working
