I Cannot download Adobe flashplayer. it seems like it downloads but I can't play any games.

Are you downloading from the Adobe website, or somewhere else?

From the official website. When I go to play a game it says download Adobe flash player 11.0 or higher needed. Then it counts the downloads

The link I gave you is the standalone installer. After downloading you need to manually install it.

The file you downloaded is named
install_flash_player_osx.dmg
By default is placed inside Download folder.
Double click the dmg file, then double click Install Adobe Flash Player

That may be true, but as has been mentioned, do not download Flash from anywhere but Adobe's site. If after installing Flash a site still says you need to update Flash and prompts you to download something directly from them, they are trying to get you to install some sort of malware.
