This is a user to user support forum. You're not addressing Apple here. Please read and act on the following:

Review recent purchases at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ or check your purchase history in iTunes and view your subscriptions. If you are the organizer of a family share check for purchases by other members. In principle all sales are final, however you can potentially request a refund for an unintended purchase or a product that isn't as advertised.

See also If you see an unfamiliar iTunes Store or App Store charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement - Apple Support and About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support.

If you cannot identify the payment then perhaps you are looking at a phishing email.

If there really have been purchases that you didn't authorize, or you've entered your Apple ID credentials at a fake Apple portal, see If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support, change your Apple ID password, and if possible turn on Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support.

No we can't, you know that we are just fellow users.

If you've looked at the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts linked to the card and not found it : See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

and if it's not : About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

contact the card issuer

This is a user to user support forum. No one here has charged you for anything. If you have an issue with a recent purchase visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com/. If you've mislaid previous purchases see Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support and Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books - Apple Support.

You could have just reviewed your purchases, and then reported problems with any that didn't look right, as described in this Apple support link-->If you see apple.com/bill, itunes.com/bill, or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support.

You could have just reviewed your purchases-->See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

You could also have reported a problem as described in this link-->https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

Or requested a refund as described in this link-->Request a refund for an App Store or iTunes Store purchase - Apple Support.

Or Contacted iTunes Store support as described in this link-->iTunes Store - Contact Us - Official Apple Support

But instead by reporting a fraudulent charge (which probably wasn't fraudulent, just a misunderstanding) you have now been banned from the iTunes store. Good move.

Hi I have a charge for 34.24 that I didn’t authorize

The person you responded to, Its4udo, has no idea what the charge is for and has no way of finding out. Neither does anyone else in this user-to-user forum. We don't know who you are, and don't have access to your account. However, YOU can easily find out by looking at your purchase history. The instructions are in this link-->See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

BTW, this information has been posted over 100 times in the 158 page thread you posted to. You could have found the answer by reading some of it before posting a question.
