This is a user to user support forum. You're not addressing Apple here. Please read and act on the following:

Review recent purchases at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ or check your purchase history in iTunes and view your subscriptions. If you are the organizer of a family share check for purchases by other members. In principle all sales are final, however you can potentially request a refund for an unintended purchase or a product that isn't as advertised.

See also If you see an unfamiliar iTunes Store or App Store charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement - Apple Support and About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support.

If you cannot identify the payment then perhaps you are looking at a phishing email.

If there really have been purchases that you didn't authorize, or you've entered your Apple ID credentials at a fake Apple portal, see If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support, change your Apple ID password, and if possible turn on Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support.

We are fellow users, we can't cancel anything. Does the purchase show on your iTunes account's purchase history ? If not could it be a temporary store holding charge ? If not contact the card issuer. If it does show on your account's purchase history and you didn't do it, change the account's password (if you haven't already done so) and contact iTunes Support. If you do know how to do any of the above see previous replies

You already know that we are just fellow users, that these are user-to-user forums, and that we haven't charged you for anything. Have you looked at your account's purchase history ? And, if applicable, family share members accounts purchase histories ? If it shows there you will know what it's for ; if it doesn't show, and if it's not a temporary store holding charge, have you contacted your card issuer about it ?

Don't post your phone number, you already know that you are only talking to fellow users on these forums and not iTunes Support nor Apple, nobody on here (or nobody associated with Apple / iTunes) will phone you.

If you've looked at your account(s) purchase history, and if applicable family share members accounts purchase histories, and it doesn't show, and if it's not a temporary store holding charge, you should contact the card issuer - iTunes Support can only potentially help with charges on your iTunes account(s).

Hi there, i noticed that the last couple months i have been charged $12.99 a month and i don't even know what the charge is for. To my knowledge i never subscribed to anything? I've only ever used my account to purchase music and i haven't even purchased any music in quite some time. i would like to know what I'm being charged for, and cancel it, as well as be refunned for these undesired charges please. Thank you!

We are fellow users, nobody on here can potentially cancel anything for you.

Have you looked at your account's purchase history ? And, if applicable, family share members accounts purchase histories ? If you don't know to view your purchase history read previous replies on this thread - they also tell you what to do if a purchase does or doesn't show on it
