This is a user to user support forum. You're not addressing Apple here. Please read and act on the following:

Review recent purchases at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ or check your purchase history in iTunes and view your subscriptions. If you are the organizer of a family share check for purchases by other members. In principle all sales are final, however you can potentially request a refund for an unintended purchase or a product that isn't as advertised.

See also If you see an unfamiliar iTunes Store or App Store charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement - Apple Support and About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support.

If you cannot identify the payment then perhaps you are looking at a phishing email.

If there really have been purchases that you didn't authorize, or you've entered your Apple ID credentials at a fake Apple portal, see If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support, change your Apple ID password, and if possible turn on Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support.

Have you read recent replies and checked your iTunes account's purchase history ? If it shows there but you didn't them it/them change the account's password if you haven't already done so and contact iTunes Support if you haven't already done so ; if it/they don't show on your iTunes account (and, if applicable, it/they aren't on a family members account), and if they aren't temporary store holding charges, contact the card issuer

You already know that you are not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple on these public forums, why would you post your phone number on here and want a fellow user to call you ? I've asked the hosts to remove your phone number.

If you want details about your account read recent replies. If you have a question about a particular purchase on your account contact iTunes Support.

I want to discuss and possibly cancel my iHeartRadio radio account. You guys are charging me $10.69 and $5.99 a month which I did not agree too. Could you please refund my money to my debit card and cancel any further iHeartRadio usage and charges. Would like to talk to a live customer service rep to make sure this happens. My number is (803)*****. Thanks Troy

Obviously nobody on here can potentially do that, you already know that we are just fellow users, not iTunes Support nor Apple. If there is a purchase on your iTunes account that you didn't do you should change the account's password if you haven't already done so, and contact iTunes Support ; if it's not on your iTunes account, and if it's not a temporary store holding charge, you should be contacting the card issuer.
