Have you tried looking at your account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ?

If it's an auto-renewing subscription and you no longer want then you have to stop its renewal yourself, obviously fellow users on these forums can't do it for you : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

What are the 'other areas' ? Does to show on your account's purchase history (or family member's if you are a family organiser in family sharing) : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ?

If it shows on your iTunes account but you didn't buy it, and nobody else has access to your account and/or devices/computers and did it, change your account's password (What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support) and contact iTunes Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

If it doesn't show on your account(s), and if it's not a temporary store holding charge, contact your card issuer

Try looking at your account's purchase history (and, if applicable, family member's if you are a family organiser in family sharing) : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support

There are instructions on this page for managing and stopping iTunes auto-renewing subscriptions : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

please remove this charge

Try reading previous replies, if you had you would know that you are only talking to fellow users on here, and that these user-to-user forums - we can't potentially remove any change from your iTunes account or payment method.

Have you looked at your iTunes accounts (and, if applicable, family share members accounts) purchase histories ? If not : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support . If it shows there change the account's password and contact iTunes Support ; if it doesn't show contact the card issuer

Please take off my accoun.

Try reading previous replies, if you had done so you would know that you are only talking to fellow users on these user-to-user forums, nobody on here can take a purchase off your account.

Have you looked at your accounts purchase histories to see what they are for ? If you haven't : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support

Do they show there ? If they do, and if you haven't already done so, change the accounts password (and then log out and back in everywhere the account's used), and contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

If they don't show contact the card issuer

I assume that you've looked at your accounts (and, if applicable, family members accounts) purchase histories : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ? And if they show but you don't recognise them you've changed the account's password ? If they show you can contact iTunes Support via http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww . If they don't show, and if they aren't temporary store holding charges, contact the card issuer

Temporary store holding charges : About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support

Does it show on your (or, if applicable, family share member's) account's purchase history ? If it does change its password (What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support) and contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

If it doesn't show, and if it's not a temporary store holding charge, contact the card issuer

If you had read previous replies (including the one immediately above yours) you would know that you are only talking to fellow users on these forums, not iTunes Support, not Apple - we aren't charging you anything, and we can't stop any subscriptions that you have, only you can do that.

If you haven't checked to see what it is : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support

If you want to stop it : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

or if it's iCloud storage : iCloud storage upgrades and downgrades - Apple Support

Purchases are considered final but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : https://support.apple.com/contact or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

And if you haven't already done so downgrade the storage
