I have the same issue as brehob... iPhone 6 Plus battery life was amazing w/ iOS 8.0, 8.1, and 8.2. As soon as I updated to 8.3, battery drain through the day is much quicker. My battery is now at ~20% with regular usage by the end of the day, whereas before it would be 50%+ remaining by the end of the day. And I didn't install any news apps since, so it can't be an app issue.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say some of the connectivity stability fixes made in 8.3 are causing too much battery drain.

With a 5C it definitely is worse. Not by a lot, but noticeable for sure. The one thing I notice is a definite drain even in standby for hours. I used to lose very little

in standby, now I seem to lose about 15% . I do not have a lot of apps updating either. Before the update I would maybe lose 5% battery. Last night went to bed it was at 90% by morning it was 60%? Maybe it has something to do with WiFi fix? I'm going to try and disable WiFi tonight to see if it helps. But I typically have Do Not disturb enabled at night which should have helped battery life?

iPhone6 with the IOS 8.3 - initially it was great, and then updated my iPad Air. Went to bed, my phone was 98% and when I woke up, it showed a red battery icon and 27%. Normally the battery remains the same when I wake up, but apparently during the night my phone was doing some serious processing. Now I notice the batter last only a few hours, and the phone get really hot while using it for more than 30 minutes.

fast forward to Sunday 4/13 and a drive from LA to OC; phone was 54% when I departed and was plugged into car charger. Normally I play music and by the time I arrive in OC, the phone is 100%. Not tonight. the phone burned thru the charge it had plus what the car charger was putting out and before arriving in OC, the low battery warning box showed up.

I am guessing the power is being consumed with the new Photo's app.
