Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Just downloaded the new Photos software. Now photos do not appear on the iWeb photos tab to drag into web page. Is there a way to remedy that?

It is unlikely, that there will be an update for iWeb, so import your photos from iPhoto to iWeb.
I am seeing the same: iWeb is only showing Aperture, Photo Booth, and iPhoto in the Media Browser.:
Do you know why Apple decided not to continue with iWeb?. It really is the simplest web design I know of. I'm not an incredibly creative person so I really appreciate the web page templates. I am also not a highly computer literate person. The other web design programs I've look at are far too complicated for me.
Is there any point in using the Apple feedback to request them to continue supporting and updating iWeb?

Of course not - we are just users no different from you
as to feedback - sure do it, it is simple and can not hurt - I doubt that they will do anything but if you do not tell them then they certainly will not
