iTunes do not open after OX 10.10.3 update

AFter updating to OSX 10.10.3, my iTunes do not open On my Mac Mini. I also updated my MacPro and MacBook Pro to 10.10.3 and they are working perfectely. The iTunes opens flawlessly, the problem is just with my MacMini. I tried downloading iTunes from Apple and re-installing but no success. Tried Disk Utility (repairing permissions) and again... No... The icon did not even bounce...

Possible Solution To iTunes Not Opening and Computer Running Slowly before software re-installation...

Problems/Symptoms:

1) iTunes would begin to open then would "crash" or close before fully opening and prompt the Unexpectedly Closed/Would you like to Re-Open pop-up Window

2) Apps opened slowly

3) Computer start-up took much longer than usual

4) Web page loading slowed

Solution that worked for me without having to re-install iTunes or any other software:

Used Disk Utility (in the Applications "Utilities" Folder) to Repair Disk Permissions

Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility->Select Hard Drive->Verify Disk Permissions->Repair Disk Permissions

If "Repair Disk Permissions" is not an option you may have to do as I had to do and "Verify Disk" first (about 7 minutes)

Restarted computer after "permissions repair complete" (repair took about 5 minutes).

Now iTunes Opens smoothly and all other problems/symptoms listed above have been alleviated.

Hope this helps.
