After the iOS 8.3 update, Safari is completely useless. I am unable to open any URLs or search. Nothing happens when I type and return in the search bar. Sometimes even the go button doesn't highlight/activate.
I tried removing cache and disabling iCloud, but nothing worked.
Does anyone have a solution?

I unlinked Safari from ICloud both directly as well as under documents. Then I cleared all website data in safari and linked safari back to iCloud. After about 10 minutes, Safari started working fine again on both my ipad and iPhone.
I think this is because I cleared my history on my mac and icloud had a problem with that

Updating to iOS 8.4 fixed the problem on my iPhone, but it persisted on my iPad even after the update. However, I found that clearing Safari's history and website data one more time after updating appears to have fixed the problem for good. Anyone still having issues after installing the update should give this a shot.
