Yosemite Recovery Update shows up as available Update in AppStore

The AppStore on my MacBook Air (Late 2008) shows the OS X Yosemite Recovery Update 1.0 as available Update, although it is installed. Here you are a Screenshot of it (only in german, hope it helps):

I was having the same issue over several days of trying, The update would show as installed but it hadn't.

I decided to watch the download progress to make sure it wasn't stopping. The download took several hours even though I can usually download a file that size in 15 minutes. You can view the download progress by clicking on the purchases icon of the Mac App Store.

I find the Mac App Store servers extremely slow.

Yes indeed, I do have this partition on my Air! I think the download of this special Recovery-Update has not finished correct on the first try for whatever reason, and now the AppStore *thinks* it is downloaded but not installed. All I need would be another download of this Recovery-Update, but I can't find it anywhere. Maybe it is implemented within the Combo-Update of 10.10.3 which is available via the Apple Support pages. Does anyone know, if I can do the combo update although 10.10.3 is already installed?
