Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I think my iPhone (iOS8) has a virus. There is a noticeable decrease in the battery life. Also, the Lifelock app popped up, giving a warning.
I tried downloading Avira (I use it on laptop), but it apparently isn't available.
I need something that will scan, diagnose and remove the virus(es). Any suggestions?

What if it's from google chrome that tells you have 4 viruses on your phone that are damaging your battery?
Any such message will always be a scam.

I downloaded a police scanner app from the App Store and it keeps popping up with Apple security saying I have 6 viruses I just exit out but it keeps coming up 😞

No, you don't, unless your iPhone is jailbroken. If it is jailbroken, you are on your own.
Try mcafee total protection for all divices. Or delete your phone back to factory settings. Don’t reinstall from back up.
Any and all AV or "protection" software that can be found in the App Store is 100% worthless. There's nothing to find, or protect against in a locked down OS.
