I think my iPhone (iOS8) has a virus. There is a noticeable decrease in the battery life. Also, the Lifelock app popped up, giving a warning.
I tried downloading Avira (I use it on laptop), but it apparently isn't available.
I need something that will scan, diagnose and remove the virus(es). Any suggestions?

Thanks. I do these things. I do think it might be spyware or else someone is phishing.
I note in reading the discussion groups that spyware is hard to detect and eliminate.

if you did not jailbreak your iPhone their is no spyware that exists for the iPhone. It is hard to detect and remove something that does not exist.

What if it's from google chrome that tells you have 4 viruses on your phone that are damaging your battery?
Any such message will always be a scam.
