You're not alone. There are at least one or two others with the problem.

Pardon me for the confusion, but when I said 'everybody' I was referring to everyone on this thread.
There does, however, seem to be a very large issue with wifi problem. No matter what section of the forums you are in there are some variation of the similar problem with wifi. even over at Mac rumours you can can see thread after thread about it. This is no made up problem. It is real. lots of people are experiencing it.
A few seem to be. Some have solved their issues. Search these threads to read how.

I did and I have. I managed to solve my issue. i come back to the forums to try and help the many others who are experiencing the same problems I had.
Then don't post misleading information such as 'everybody' is suffering this problem. Post facts, precise steps and links as to exactly how you solved the issue.
Cheers

yes, thanks Pete.. Severa times I have posted how I solved the issue but my posts have been deleted for unknown reasons.
Often if the post you are replying to is deleted, then so is your reply. As are any other replies to the post that was removed. Has happened to us all.
Cheers

Hello All,
After upgrading my iPad 4 to the latest iOS version 8.3, I was seeing wifi issues. Tried pretty much all the troubleshooting steps that I came across here in the forum and also online but nothing helped. However few days back I disabled Bluetooth & restarted my iPad after that. To my surprise the wifi issues that I have been seeing disappeared :-).
If you guys are seeing wifi issues, try this option & see if that works.
Pardon my ignorance, but what do you mean, or how do you "reset the network setting"?

exactly, wifi problem is a serious issue, apple please come up with some magic
iPad 4 - 128gb.
Since IOS 8.2 my Wi-fi only works if I'm within 10 feet of my router (even tried at another location with same result)
Took my iPad to my 'local' Apple store who tested it and said
1. There is nothing wrong with the Wi-Fi chip - they ran diagnostics on it, and all seems fine (must be software then !!)
2. Reset from scratch - did that - no effect
3. Would I like to buy an iPad Air 2 ?
loosing faith in my Apple product.
Thank You!! This fixed the problem
