Please note that numerous errors may be caused by the presence of web acceleration, an internet router, or firewall software. While the iTunes Store is unable to provide technical support, I can recommend that you either test your connection to the iTunes Store without the presence of this software or configure your system to allow access to the iTunes Store's address.
For assistance in configuring your firewall or accelerator software, you may need to contact its manufacturer or your Internet Service Provider. When contacting support representatives, it may be useful to have the following information:

Order numbers begin with the letter "M" or "W." You can find them on your iTunes email receipts as well as in your Purchase History. If you need to review your Purchase History, follow these steps:
1) Make sure that you are using the latest version of iTunes. You can download the latest version free of charge at:

2) Open iTunes and from the Store menu, choose "Sign In", enter your account name and password, and click the Sign In button.
3) From the Store menu, select "View My Account".
