Can connect to Itunes but cant download songs err .3150

Cant download songs keep getting "the network connect could not be made" err = .3150.

Seems a bit strange as I can surf the net and the store, just can not play and demo's or download.

Ok this is getting really beyond stupid....

In addition to the software not wanting to open now, "broken link" pictures, video/sound previews not playing, and connectivity issues....now I try and download songs and I cant; but guess what???

I AM STILL GETTING CHARGED FOR THEM!!

When the heck is Apple going to fix this mass problem? I can see their stock dropping as we speak! What was so wrong with 7.0?? Worked great for me. I am going to be royally peeved if I cant download "Heroes" and "Lost" this week.
