But the network diagnostic always says it's able to connect! I think it's a Quicktime problem bcause 3150 is a Quicktime code, but my Quicktime is up to date as well.

Connecting to the store in the new version of iTunes is also a problem. Sometimes it connects, somtimes it doesn't. When it doesn't connect the network diagnostics always say it was able to connect!

AARRRRGGGGHHH! HELP - APPLE, ARE YOU OUT THERE?

I've had the same problem. I bought an album, some songs downloaded, some didn't with an "err=3150" message. I discovered that if you click on "Store" in iTunes, then select "Check for Purchases", it will select all of thesongs you have purchased that haven't downloaded and try to download them again. It will download a few, get the error message on the rest so you have to keep repeating it - you'll eventually get all of them downloaded but it is a HUGE PAIN!

Exact same issues - just want to add to the postings, so that potentially Apple will take notice. I'm sure that eventually, they will take note, when their big dollar generation monitors (visual = HUGE Vegas slot machine) start slowing... "Hey, what's going on, we haven't received but 10% of our normal take since Thursday".

This is the reply I have got from Itunes, doesnt help me but might you guys.

I apologize that you are receiving network errors when attempting to download. I noticed in your Network Diagnostics log that you have Zone Alarm installed. Please note that numerous errors may be caused by the presence of web acceleration, an internet router, or firewall software. While the iTunes Store is unable to provide technical support, I can recommend that you either test your connection to the iTunes Store without the presence of this software or configure your system to allow access to the iTunes Store's address.

For assistance in configuring your firewall or accelerator software, you may need to contact its manufacturer or your Internet Service Provider. When contacting support representatives, it may be useful to have the following information:

If you continue to experience difficultie, please reply to this email with the following information:

1. Your IP address
2. The time at which you received the error message
3. The web order number of the items you were attempting to download
4. The operating system you are using (Mac or Windows)
5. The version of the operating system
6. The version of iTunes you are using
7. The kind of network connection you are using (for example "dial-up modem" or "cable modem")
8. Your network connection speed (if you know it)
9. Your Internet Service Provider
10. The text of any error messages you have received
11. Your billing address, for security purposes, and permission to reset your password.

Order numbers begin with the letter "M" or "W." You can find them on your iTunes email receipts as well as in your Purchase History. If you need to review your Purchase History, follow these steps:

1) Make sure that you are using the latest version of iTunes. You can download the latest version free of charge at: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download

2) Open iTunes and from the Store menu, choose "Sign In", enter your account name and password, and click the Sign In button.

3) From the Store menu, select "View My Account".

4) Click Purchase History. You should see the order numbers of the items you have purchased.

If you ordered an iTunes Gift Card from the Apple Store online, you can obtain your order number from the Apple Store's Order Status website at http://www.apple.com/orderstatus.

As soon as we receive this information we can investigate the issue you are experiencing. You should receive a response from us within 72 business hours.

Now that I can finally connect I won't let me buy songs. The error message is that my credit card information does not match my zipcode. Same card info I have used for over a year. I checked the info on the card and it is all correct. Took it off and reentered and the same problem. It is getting harder and harder to spend money on this site.

I am having the same issues - while I am able to get into Music Store... I can only listen to some song samples. And some songs don't download and when I check for purchases, it still doesn't download.

Since I had many issues last time I upgrade to a new version of iTunes, I am still on 6.0. So I believe these issues are on the Apple end due to the changes they've made implementing 7.0.

Any help would be appreciated!
