Pro Video Formats 2.0.1 update issue with software update

It appears that Apple have rolled out a fixed version of the Pro Video Formats 2.0.1 Update.

This should now solve the problem.

Why are we expected to patch this problem? Fix it Apple FFS!!!!

I tried all of the above...

worked on 2 computers didn't work on 2.

I'm going to have to agree with mitchsurf.

Apple ought to fix this asap

it’s fixed. all you have to do install it from the mac app store one more time, and it stops showing up after that

OK so far so good. It didn't work as of may 9, but so far-

2 restarts and 2 app store search for updates-

and it has not returned. Maybe it really is fixed now.
