can't download apps on apple store ios 8.3

i have the same problem and now i cant sign back in what should i do

After trying all other suggestions, I did a factory reset then restore from backup in iTunes. This worked ( we will see how long)

I first wrote about this in May and this is now July and I still can't get any updates to work. I have done factory resets and did restore and backup in iTunes. Still not working. What is up with Apple? This is more than frustrating and yet no word from them. Appreciate all suggestions and have tried them with no end in site. Hopefully Apple will address soon. I am thinking about leaving iPhone when my contract is up. This is ridiculous!

I upgraded to 8.3 and my camera broke. I tried resetting, restoring, you name it. We all know it was the update but Apple said it was my hardware.

Luckily for me it was under warranty so it was replaced. Now my replacement phone with 8.3 will not download any apps unless I switch the wifi off. Podcasts download so slowly it's almost an hour for a 30 minute episode.

I just replaced one problem with another - I'm so tired of this nonsense.

I followed the instructions of "beersdad" and was successful for a while. I had upgraded to ios 8.4 and now I'm back to where I started. I reset and tried again and Apple refuses to fix this problem. What is the issue Apple? Fix this! I am tired of having to plug my phone into my computer to get into ITunes to update a few apps that I have had on my phone for a good long time. This is a waste of everyone's time and energy. You should be ashamed of yourselves for not responding to this issue and to your loyal customers.

I'm having the same problem again. I updated to 9.0.2 and now apps won't download when I'm on wifi.

I am having the same problem too. I have set up an appointment at the apple store so someone may help me.
