Check Settings>General>Restrictions. See if you have anything restricted. If not, then the App Store is on the phone somewhere. Look on all the pages and in all the folders. If all else fails, go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Homescreen Layout.

"iOS Mac Store app"?
Are you talking about the Apple Store app? Do you mean the iOS App Store? In this latter case, follow Meg's advice. If you mean a place to purchase Macs, then that would be the Apple Store app which you might have to download.
it is the blue with circle A that usually is pre installed on the iPhones, iPods, etc. I went to Restrictions, it in On and i asking for a passcode, which i don't remember ever creating. I've been trying to update my BofA app and it won't update, someone told me it's bcuz the app store icon is missing
You'll need to either find out what the restrictions passcode is or restore the phone as new.
when i try to download the BA app, BA sends me the message, i click on it, then it says 'please wait while being directed to iPhone App Store' but it never goes any further, i never get connected to the App Store. If i restore as new, will my contacts get deleted? thank u for helping me
Restoring it will delete everything on the device. You'll need to sync your contacts back from whatever account they're in (iCloud, Google, Yahoo, etc).
Somebody has restricted that phone from using the App Store and blowing a wad of cash. So this is a case of:
What will it be?
hello, none of these, i am a tech challenged adult 😕 i have this app on my iTouch, but that does me no good to deposit checks into my BA account 😟

Somebody put a restrictions code on the phone. It didn't happen on its own. Either you did it or someone else with access to your phone did it. If you can't find out what the code is, you will have to restore the phone.
ok let me see if i can figure out how to get this code, otherwise i will re set. i recently had to bring my iMac into the Apple store bcuz when i upgraded to yosemite, everything went crazy. they ended up replacing the mother board, hard drive, power supply and a bunch of other 'stuff'. b4 those repairs, i plugged in my iPhone for the 1st time, and it too seemed to act 'weird'. will let u know what happens, thank u for ur help🙂
i can't figure out how to get the restrictions code. i reset the home screen but it did not bring up the app store app, when i try to 'reset all settings' or 'erase all content and settings' it asks me for the restrictions passcode 😟
The only way to get the restrictions passcode is to remember it if you set it or, if someone else set it, ask them. Otherwise, you will need to restore your phone. Start here:

Did you ever set a passcode to log into your phone? So that people can't unlock it automatically?
If so that's the restrictions passcode.

No, not necessarily. The unlock code and the restrictions code do not have to be (and, for best security, shouldn't be) the same.

Not necessarily. The unlock code and the restrictions passcode can (and probably should) be completely different.
