Mac Mail - Message Body Not Displayed

Been having a problem as of late with the Mac Mail app,

I cant seem to view message bodies and can only see the sender/subject/ect. but no message body.

When I load the message on my phone or icloud.com it e-mail displays fine.

I have tried rebuilding the mailbox twice already but it had no effect.

Any Help?

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

So Google classifies Apple Mail app as a 'less secure app'!!

you may be allowing connection without:

[√] use SSL

Thanks for the suggestion. But 'Use SSL' is already checked.

So that's not it...
