I cant remember my screen passcode and have been locked out. My ipad says connect to iTunes. I have done that but i am not sure of this route because i have never used iTunes before. Can someone help me with a solution of gaining access without using the route through iTunes?
I see a message 'Thank you for downloading Itunes'. Is there no icon or something to indicate it has been installed?
Yes, it should be on your desktop (or Start menu if you use Windows 8 or later).
Whats the icon like? i have one on my downloads with a green and blue tick but none on the desktop.
