Do you have any third-party NTFS software like Tuxera, Paragon, NTFS-3g (MacFuse/OSX Fuse) or it's variants? When did the Windows partition go missing? Was it after a Yosemite Recovery Upgrade?
Can you post the output of the following Terminal commands?
diskutil list
diskutil cs list
sudo gpt -vv -r show /dev/disk0
sudo fdisk /dev/disk0
The "sudo" commands will prompt for your password, and it will not be echoed back. You may also see a warning about improper use of "sudo" and potential data loss due to "abuse" of the command.
Switch back to OS X, connect the USB on which you have the BC drivers, and post the output of the following OS X Terminal command.
diskutil list
I assume the USB is readable in OS X, but not in Windows when you switch to Windows.
MacBook-Pro-2:~ iDHL$ diskutil list
/dev/disk0

1: EFI EFI 209.7 MB disk0s1

below is the image of my startup disk manager as apple support said I selected windows
then rebooted into windows but still cant see bootcamp control panel or USB disk !!!
You may not have BC drivers installed. Does the USB drive show up on the Windows side? If yes, run setup.exe from Bootcamp folder and check Windows Control Panel.
This is your USB and matches
/dev/disk2
#: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
0: FDisk_partition_scheme *8.0 GB disk2
1: DOS_FAT_32 UNTITLED 8.0 GB disk2s1
Can you check Disk Management and check disk list? Is this a USB3 flash drive?
I ejected USB stick then run this command :
MacBook-Pro-2:~ iDHL$ diskutil list
/dev/disk0
#: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
0: GUID_partition_scheme *251.0 GB disk0
1: EFI EFI 209.7 MB disk0s1

/dev/disk1

The USB seems fine. If you switch to Windows and connect this USB drive, do you see it in Windows or Windows Disk Management?
I already keep telling you that USB is not detected in windows ?????
please when I put comment read it loner Thanks.

Did you read this question? A USB3 device cannot be read by a standard/new Windows installation on a Mac, unless BC drivers are also installed? What is the year/model of your Mac?
If you have a USB2 flash drive, re-download BC drivers to a USB2 flash drive and check on the Windows side if it shows up properly?
OP, since you have Paragon NTFS you should be able to write to your Windows volume from OS X, yes?
Just copy the contents of the BC Driver USB over to the Windows volume and voila!
my mac usb port is mac usb 3.0
i dont know my usb key version but I can read in mac not in windows .
below is my MAC USB controller system report :

here is my sandisk usb key info :
how do i find out which my usb flash drive is 2 or 3
USB2 = USB High-speed Bus
USB3 = USB Super-speed Bus
Your Cruzer edge is a USB2 device. You can use Paragon to gain read-write access to the NTFS side, as suggested by romanfromboulder and copy the contents to a folder under your Windows Documents then disable it after the copy. Reboot into Windows, and then run setup.exe from the Bootcamp folder from your copied location.
It is strange that W7 native USB drivers were not installed, despite the installation being done using a USB Installer on a 2013 Mac? Did you get any errors during W7 installation?
yes !!! Enabled paragon from OSX and mount windows and reset the full permissions then copied BootCamp5.1.5640 and booted into windows ... run the setup.exe and its working fine now all drivers loaded and can see BootCamp icon at bottom-right pane. Also its detected usb flash drive as well. Everything seems to be fine now.
Just for future reference :
Apple support table says BootCamp5.1.5621 is for (Macbook pro retina - Late 2013) version.
guys its not true since I copied both BC5.1.5621 and BC5.1.5640 and try to run setup.exe only 5.1.5640 is working !!!
so BootCamp5.1.5640 is the right bootcamp for installation to Macbook 13inch-retina-Late-2013 version
@loner thanks Appreciated your time and effort.
yes true its strange cause did not receive any error in fact try to locate drivers manually but didnt show up in folder...
it should be loaded natively as its windows 7 ...
you know it happened now I figure out that .. its because Apple support did not put right information which boot camp to select
see comment, I already clarified in Above section .

Excellent. Please back up OS X, Windows and create a Windows System Restore point.

From Install Windows 7 and earlier on your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support, it shows
MacBook Pro
Mac model | Windows 7 64-bit | Windows 7 32-bit | Windows Vista 64-bit | Windows Vista 32-bit | Windows XP 32-bit |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013) |
5 | - | - | - | - |
which points to Boot Camp Support Software 5.1.5640 and has the following
Post Date: Feb 11, 2014
File Size: 925.6 MB
Boot Camp Support Software 5.1.5621 has only early 2013 Macs listed.

The confusion comes from this note...
