How to create (or copy) a new iCloud.com AppleID with same info as my current AppleID?

I have an Apple ID which is my Yahoo account name.

I am now using an app (Outlook) that needs to use an iCloud (as in iCloud.com, me.com, or mac.com) in order to allow contacts and calendar from iPhone to work to show up in the app.

What steps should I take to create a new iCloud.com id that is a copy of my current Apple ID with all of its information.

In other words, how can I transfer my apps, photos, contacts, calendar from my non-Apple iD (XYZ@yahoo.com) to XYZ@iCloud.com?

Note: All of the apps I have so far are free ones; I have not bought any apps. I have no music nor videos; only free apps, phone setisphotos, contacts, and calendar information.
