Is it possible to have my iphone 5s 32GB passcode screen lock sent to my email?

Only you will know your passcode, it's not stored anywhere for iTunes Support or Apple to email it to you.
If you can't remember it then follow the instructions on this page : Forgot passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
I restored it but an error pops up at the end saying the iPhone cannot be found

Your computer's iTunes is up-to-date, and you've tried closing iTunes and rebooting your computer ?
If that hasn't/doesn't fix it then are you using a PC or Mac ?
