Yes please, I want to see if the System Info indicates a charger present when it isn't. We already know that the menu item does.
Please ignore the first screen shoot. This is the right one.
If that second screen shot is indeed WITHOUT the AC charger connected I would suggest making a complete backup then reinstalling OS X by restarting and holding Command-R. If the problem persists I would make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store or AASP and have the macbook looked at.
Thank you so much Mike i really appreciate,well i have done reinstall a new OS last couple week. And i go to my nearest Apple Authorize service centre and they have done some testing found no trouble. Apple tech are also not really sure that they cannot fix the issue or not. At that point of time i was so surprise that they are not sure on this trouble.
The last thing I could suggest, and I don't really think it will help, is to recalibrate the battery OS X Mavericks: Calibrate the battery in a portable Mac
