thanks this solved my problem.

I deleted this from activity monitor then switched to applications and deleted it. but i still have all of these stupid pop ups and a search engine called search tech? how do i get rid of that?!?

Try Malwarebytes Malware remover i have used it for so much stuff and it has turned out to be a real progran and not show up as a threat to avast antivirus

I have the same issue, except that when I attempt to move to Trash it tells me that I don't have permission to perform that task, even though I AM an admin. Can't kill the Launch Agent either....
