TThis happened to me but on my iphone5. Everyone seems to be experiencing this on a Mac, for which they can force quit as suggested. Is there a fix for a phone to ensure its safe to use? I did not call the # and promptly locked then turned off my phone. Is it safe to turn back on and use? I have apps I use for mobile banking and purchases (ie Amazon). Should I delete those?

So I stupidly called the number, spoke to the guy for a minute then got suspicious and hung up. What to do now? Would they have info. on all my computers or just the one that had the alert?

Did you let anyone log in to your computer, if not then no, nothing has been done, they have no info on your computers, you have been scammed, stop believing the criminals now.
