this happened to me but on my Iphone5. Everyone seems to have this happen on macs for which they can force quit.is there a way to secure my phone? I didn't call it and promptly locked my phone then turned it off. Wondering if it's safe to use?

I did not call the # and promptly locked then turned off my phone. Is it safe to turn back on and use? I have apps I use for mobile banking and purchases (ie Amazon). Should I delete those?

To completely Safari: Double tap the Home button, then swipe upwards on the Safari Preview.

Go to Settings - Safari - Clear History.

Restart Safari.

No other Apps will be affected by this popup message.

So I stupidly called the number, spoke to the guy for a minute then got suspicious and hung up. What to do now? Would they have info. on all my computers or just the one that had the alert?

Did you let anyone log in to your computer, if not then no, nothing has been done, they have no info on your computers, you have been scammed, stop believing the criminals now.

I did not. I was on the phone with them for 7 minutes. I called and then tried to look up info on my other computer about this scam while the guy was on the phone but I didn't give any info.
