Blue Ball just under the cursor is spinning for no reason when using Facebook (not the app). Is there a fix for this? Seems to only happen when resting. If cursor is on a link then the cursor returns to normal.

I have had this issue for the last 3 days as well.

Firefox 39.0

Yosemite 10.10.4

I upgraded from Mavericks late last night and it still didn't change it. Was kind of hoping my planned upgrade to the OS would fix this thing.

I need to go out for a few hours today and my last ditch to fix this will be to force an IP change, but from the posts in this thread, I don't think that's going to fix anything. My belief is it's a Firefox issue since it only started happening on the last update to FF. Facebook has always had script issues for me because they have so much crap running in the background and their trackers embedded into everyone elses cookies on your browser from other sites you visit I'm not surprised Firefox is ******** about this. I'll report back when I find out if the IP change fixes things.

EDIT TO ADD:

I just found this on the Firefox support area: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1070199
