Icloud music library not activating

When I try to switch on Icloud Music Library it switches back off within a few seconds automatically.

I've tried all the methods so far: airplane mode, remove/add my account, reboot, closing Music app, disabling Wifi.

Country Romania.

I even contacted Apple Support, they had no idea about this..strange.

I see no error message, just the switch going back off by itself in a matter of seconds.

I've managed to get it to work using several methods, but once I get to Settings-Itunes store&account it gets deactivated. So until the official fix is made it's no use to try workarounds. I surely hope that Apple is not simply playing the ball, and will indeed fix this issue. I am pretty sure that if Steve Jobs was still alive and running things there, this would not have happened.

The e-mail I have sent to Apple Support Advisor:

'Hello (...),

Since I saw some comments on the community forum regarding the same issue, saying that the fix may take a while, I believe that an extension (equal to the number of days the icloud music library service has been off) to the initial 3 months period of free membership should be granted; I think it is a fair compensation for the fact that we've only partially benefited from this service.

I am looking forward to hearing your opinion about this matter.

Thank you in advance!

Best regards,

It is not my concern how Apple manages their contracts with their suppliers, but they could very well pay the singers from their own budget the extra days of service; what I do know is that I have accepted terms and conditions for a service I have not received, therefore I believe we should be entitled for compensation.

I am not challenging your statement, I agree that this would be the most likely thing to happen, but then again, I believe we should at least try to state our case.
