iBooks chapter titles missing in iOS 8.4

I have a large number of audiobooks (radio shows with individual episode names, books in a series which I formatted as separately-named chapters in a single volume, books with specialized chapter titles, etc) for which all the chapter titles appeared properly while using the Music app in iOS 8.3. But after I upgraded to iOS 8.4, the titles are all gone in the new iBooks app and replaced with "Track 1," "Track 2," etc, so I have no idea which is which. I really don't want to have to redo my entire collection just to get my books to appear properly. When will this be fixed?

Seconding livinginaboxers: I've found Apple's handling of "Media Kind = Podcast" files to be, um, unpredictable. I could use less polite adjectives to describe sudden unexpected deletion of masses of files, even though I'd set every prompt I could find to not allow automatic deletion. Plus those files weren't even moved to trash, where at least perhaps users would notice they've been deleted - they simply disappeared, and just by chance I noticed and restored them from a Time Machine backup.

A further question I don't know the answer to: if Audiobooks are relabelled as "Media Kind = Music", what happens with iCloud Music Library? Most of the files are ineligible for Apple Music because the bit rate is too low - so if you have iCloud Music Library enabled on your device, do those audiobooks-identifying-as-music just not appear at all? Or can you still sync them in other ways? (I have iCloud Music Library enabled on my iMac, but not on my iPhone, and my lists of reasons for not enabling it seems to be growing by the day.)

I tried the various suggestions to move my Audiobooks to Music or Podcasts. In addition to losing features like the 15 sec. rewind, etc. I found that some of my audiobooks would not play at all in Music or Podcasts. They were purchased from the iTunes Store. I've read in other forums that Apple is working on correcting the lack of chapter titles in iOS 9 but in the meantime I found that Bookmobile Audiobook and Podcast Player solved the problem. I can see chapter titles now and have the usual audiobook features. It's available in the App Store and I can access all my existing audiobooks with it. It has the features I lost plus some additional useful ones. There are probably other audiobook players in the App Store that might do the same thing but Bookmobile works well.
