Siri not working over LTE in iOS 8.4

I updated my 5s (AT&T) to iOS 8.4 this morning. When I tried to use Siri to voice dial (or anything else) the phone either didn't respond, responded with a list of things I can ask, or (finally), Siri saying "It seems I've lost my internet connection." But, I wasn't even trying to use the internet to make a call. Also, other internet apps work. Siri works fine over Wi-Fi, but that does not help when I'm driving.

Anyone else having this issue?

After much waiting, a Sr. Advisor at Apple got on the chat with me and let me know that issues have been twofold - 1, Apple was having issues with iCloud until about 20 minutes ago. 2 - AT&T has a ton of outages today (according to https://downdetector.com/status/att/map/). Hopefully, once AT&T resolves the issues, this will all be fixed. If not, then it's most likely a bug.

It's not iOS 8.4. I haven't updated and I'm having this problem, too.

It looks like AT&T is blocking some ports that is preventing Siri from working. Siri works fine on WiFi. And over LTE, I can VPN into my home network and it works that way. So it's not necessarily due to just being on a cellular connection (I proved that tunneling works), but it's most likely an issue where AT&T closed off access for whatever reason. The fact that non-AT&T folks are okay only backs this up further.

Also, note that other data works fine over AT&T cellular (e.g., Gmail, etc.).

http://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus shows there was an iCloud services issue earlier today. Supposedly stopped right before 3 cst. Nothing is mentioned on there regarding Siri however. I updated and was on wifi that whole time, so I don't know if all these other issues were affecting me, but I did just turn off my wifi and my Siri still doesn't work over LTE. (iTunes Store, maps, etc, all work fine)

I have an iPhone 6 running IOS 8.3. My daughter has an iPhone 5s running 8.2.

We both have the Siri problem. Hard reset does not fix the problem.

IOS 8.2 Siri responds with "There's something wrong, and I can't answer your question right now. Please try again in a little while."

IOS 8.3 responds with "Sorry, I seem to have lost my internet connection" or "Oops... I seem to have lost my internet connection."

We both have AT&T and live in the southwest area of Chicago. We have the problem stationary or travelling in the car.

If we turn on WiFi Siri works fine.

So the problem is at least ATT+Siri+4G or ATT+Siri+LTE in the southwest area of Chicago.

And KiltedTim should learn to be more polite.

I have had the same problem all day. I went to the Apple Store and was unable to get an appointment for four hours. They however did tell me that they thought it was an AT&T problem. So I went to AT&T and they told me that they were updating all their towers and that may have caused an issue. But they did not think it was an AT&T problem as it only affected Apple applications such as Siri, maps, and find my iPhone. Went back to Apple and was told I would have to wait another four hours to see the genius! Went home and did the updates on all my other devices and I am still having the same issue weather I have updated or not. My wife and Sons have not updated and they have the same issue on their devices.
