Siri not working over LTE in iOS 8.4

I updated my 5s (AT&T) to iOS 8.4 this morning. When I tried to use Siri to voice dial (or anything else) the phone either didn't respond, responded with a list of things I can ask, or (finally), Siri saying "It seems I've lost my internet connection." But, I wasn't even trying to use the internet to make a call. Also, other internet apps work. Siri works fine over Wi-Fi, but that does not help when I'm driving.

Anyone else having this issue?

Actually, NONE of the services that require iCloud services will work via Cellular data after the update!!! (iStore, find my iphone, etc....)

Wrong again. Try troubleshooting your problem. It's not universal.

Running iOS 8.4 on iPhone 6 64GB. No Siri on AT&T LTE in Kansas City. Any known fixes?

I am having the same issue. Siri or voice dictation isn't working over cellular. Need this fixed ASAP...

Have you done ANY troubleshooting at all?

Reset Network Settings?

Reboot?

Restore?

Restore as new?

We're not psychic.

It works just fine on LTE on North-East Ohio.

Of course, I'm not a moron. But I'm not going to wipe my phone clean. I don't have time to restore from an earlier backup or start from scratch.

Same here. Consistent across all AT&T devices. Friends with T-Mobile not having the issue.

Noticed it first on my watch...that caused me to repair the watch. After which I restarted my phone in the process. Unsuccessful. Reset network settings. Nothing. This is frustrating for someone who is on the road traveling for work and uses dictation for everything...

Yeah - I'm chatting with support, and they just had me reset my network settings. Didn't work for me either.
