iOS 8.4 iMessage issues

Hello,

After the update I am having issues with iMessage on my iPhone 5s. I cannot send pictures anymore by iMessage (I receive the "Not Delivered" notification), only by text. I can send text though. I've restarted my phone 3 times and even done a hard reset.

Please advise.

Same thing for me. I can't send media through iMessage since I updated yesterday to iOS 8.4.

Check your timezone. We are having these issues with my son's phone, but what appears to be the problem is the time zone keeps reverting to Beijing time which is weird as we are on the east coast of U.S. and have not traveled. We reset it to auto, New York pops up, we log back into imessage and everything is great until the next time he isn't receiving messages. If I get one from him that says sent as text, I have to call him and we have to reset it all over again. It is VERY annoying and concerns me as I many not be able to get a hold of him in an emergency.
