The iCloud of my ipad is associated to an email that is not valid any more(I unscribed that email), and I can not do anything such as login out beacuse it request me the id,
what should I do?

Maybe only the @icloud.yu as the backup. Some also can use @me.com but that may be only in USA. We forget about it being a backup email. This would work if could see the mail on the iPad. Maybe at Apple ID too. If you are able to get to the ID account you can add any new email.

Please stop, there is no way around activation lock if you are not the original device owner.
me.com is not U.S. only. It was available earlier before they replace it with icloud.com.
